Blackwater's covert recruitment drive

ISLAMABAD - Blackwater has gone underground on its website and when one goes to www.BlackwaterUSA.com one is guided to another site of an organization going by the name of US Training Centre, claiming to provide military training and security.
At the bottom it has a whole clarification of Blackwater and a whitewashing of the alleged charges against it. So it is evident that this site is a Blackwater site. The hidden pages of this site can only be accessed through four company executives’ references. On these pages with the web address of secure.BlackwaterUSA.com there is a form for job applicants - the Blackwater Employee and Applicant Resource System (BEARS). It is here that one can see the effort by this company to hire Pakistanis who speak Punjabi and Urdu - to add to their earlier requirements of Arabic, Farsi and Dari.
Equally interesting is a job site going by the address www.postbox1048 where jobs are advertised for “Chauffeur (security)” for Islamabad and Peshawar and are required to have a knowledge of English as well as a HTV driving license. The advertisement clearly belongs to a foreign set-up and it is suspected that 1048 may in fact be the post box number of the US embassy itself.
