Course record for Woods

Tiger blew away the field at Cog Hill with a course-record nine under par 62 to take a seven-shot lead into the final round of the BMW Championship.

I bet nobody saw that coming after he drove a 3 wood into a fairway bunker on his way to a first-hole bogey.

But a birdie on three and a sublime tee shot on the par three sixth to three feet changed his round.

He followed that with a 300-yard 3 wood to 10 feet for an eagle on the par five ninth and five more birdies came on the back nine.

Did anybody see the round? Looks like competition over in terms of the winner, but there is the small matter of the $10m up for grabs at the end-of-season bash to qualify for.

The likes of Brandt Snedeker, Marc Leishman, Matt Kuchar and Luke Donald would all have moved into the top 30 had the competition ended yesterday.

So there's still a lot to play for going into the final round - how do you see it unfolding?
