Student of class-two raped and dumped at railway track

KARACHI: Eight-year-old girl and student of class-two, resident of Musa Colony, was kidnapped, raped and dumped at a railway track here on Wednesday.

According to details, an unknown bike rider abducted the 8-year old ill-fated Tayyaba from the school gate. The sister of Tayyaba informed the parents that some unknown man kidnapped Tayyaba from the school gate.

The victim said that she was picked up outside her school and later was tied with rope, whipped and her lips were closed with tape, tortured with baton and then raped, private TV Channel reported.

The mother of the victim girl appealed the President of Pakistan and Chief Justice of Pakistan for the arrest of alleged rapist and provision of justice.

The Medico Legal Officer (MLO) Dr. Yasmeen Qamar at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital has ascertained that the torture and rape was committed on her.

Soon after the incident, a large number of the people from the area gathered at the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and demanded from the Singh government for the provision of the justice to the victim girl and urged the Sindh government to constitute special team for the investigation of the incident.
